This course provides a clear and practical introduction to whistleblower protections, helping employees understand what constitutes a public interest disclosure, when and how to speak up, and the safeguards in place under relevant legislation. Learners are guided through real-world scenarios, key responsibilities, and the steps to take if they observe or suspect detrimental action, reinforcing a culture of integrity, accountability, and psychological safety in the workplace.
The ready2work COMPLIANCE series is designed for all staff and will typically work alongside learning in the HSE series. With a basic grounding from the associated courses in that range, we can now focus on specific requirements in more detail. In most workplaces, workers complete these courses within the first weeks of their employment and some titles might need to be refreshed every few years based on workplace requirements.
