Human rights are the essential principles that uphold fairness, safety, and inclusivity in all areas of life, including work. When discussing human rights in this context, we focus on dignity, respect, and the right to feel valued and secure. This course explores the basic principles of human rights, discusses their application in workplace settings, and introduces practical steps we can all take to ensure these rights are respected and upheld in our daily work lives.
The ready2work COMPLIANCE series is designed for all staff and will typically work alongside learning in the HSE series. With a basic grounding from the associated courses in that range, we can now focus on specific requirements in more detail. In most workplaces, workers complete these courses within the first weeks of their employment and some titles might need to be refreshed every few years based on workplace requirements.
