Fatigue is defined as a decreased capability to perform mental or physical work resulting from inadequate sleep, circadian disruption, or time on task. A failure to obtain sufficient sleep to return to work fit-for-duty is arguably no different to coming to work intoxicated. There is a greater risk of making a safety-critical error.

Target Audience

This course is designed for all managers, employees, contractors and other workers in an organisation. The learning is from our ready2comply range, so is designed to ensure you understand what is expected of you in order to comply with legal and ethical requirements in the performance of your role in the workplace.
