This course has been developed to provide learners with an understanding of the impacts of human activities on the environment, and the various restorative responses and natural solutions to address these impacts.

Target Audience

Environmental degradation and climate change pose significant threats to our planet, affecting ecosystems, natural resources, and human well-being.

Our world is getting hotter, and the impacts are potentially devastating. Ocean acidification threatens marine life, forests are under threat due to an increased risk of wildfires, pests and diseases exacerbated by climate change, and freshwater bodies such as lakes, rivers, and wetlands are drying up.

Our environmental impact requires immediate attention, but we can fix it. There are numerous response strategies we can employ to reduce the loss of biodiversity in our eco-systems and protect the environment.

Kineo Courses’ ESG suite is a new range of courses developed for a global audience, providing learners with insight, understanding, and meaningful ways to take action across a broad range of Environmental, Social and Governance topics.
