This course has been developed to provide an introduction to competition and consumer legislation.

Target Audience

Businesses that provide goods or services to consumers in Australia must comply with the consumer guarantees under this Law. Businesses should take steps to ensure that they are compliant with these changes, by training staff working with customers on any new rights they may have.

This course is part of the Competition and Consumer Law suite of courses which are:
